What Should I Do If My Nebula Apollo is Unable to Power On?

If the power adapter or charging cable of Apollo has a problem, or there is a software issue, the projector might be unable to power on.
To resolve this issue, please try the following steps:
- Press the "power" button on the Apollo for 8 seconds to reset.
- Make sure the power adapter is working well. If the power adapter works without issues, the Nebula Apollo's LED indicator will light up once it is plugged in.
If this issue persists, please contact us for further assistance. Please make sure to mention that you have tried the listed steps so that our agents do not ask you to repeat these steps.
