How do I update the system for Capsule 3 Laser?

Capsule 3 Laser (ATV), D2426, Capsule 3 Laser (GTV), D2426112
For GTV, Go to Settings > System > About > System Update.
For ATV, Go to Settings > Device Preferences > About > System update > Check Updates.
