What if the USB Drive Cannot Be Recognized by My Nebula Projector (Android TV System)?

Nebula projectors running the Android TV operating system (refer to this article for OS version) can support playing videos stored on a USB flash drive. If your USB flash drive fails to play videos, please check if the following steps can fix the issue:
- Check whether the format of the USB flash drive connected to your Nebula is FAT32 or NTFS or exFAT (Note: Capsule II only supports FAT32 format)
- Make sure that you've installed a file management app (e.g. File Explorer, File Manager) and a video player from Google Play Store
- Try using another USB flash drive in FAT32 format
- Try playing different videos in different video formats
- Reset the projectors by selecting Settings > Device Preferences > Reset
