Scan the QR Code of the Smart Lock before installation

In order to help you get through setup quicker, a QR code is provided to let the Eufy app know the serial number of your Smart Lock, in order to set up the Bluetooth connection between the Lock and the app. The Smart Lock Touch’s QR code is located on the battery compartment of the device.

Usage

Each QR code is unique as the identification of each Lock device. It’s often used to quickly set up devices and technical support by the eufy team.

Safety

If you lose the manual or device which has QR code on it, there will be no damage to your local data, because only the same eufy account and SN can unlock the local storage data.

If you lose this QR code or can’t scan either QR code, you can choose to insert the SN of the Lock manually, or you can contact eufy for a new one directly.
