How do I reconnect my smart scale/smart scale C1/smart scale P1 to my phone?

Step 1. If you have successfully paired your phone with your scale before, remove the scale from your account (via the Eufy App's eufy Care Devices tab -> More icon -> Settings -> Remove device).

Step 2. Replace/reinstall the batteries in the scale.

Step 3. Restart your phone and reinstall the app.

Step 4. Repair the scale: Open the Eufy App, go to the eufy Care Devices tab -> More icon -> Settings -> Devices, tap "Add device" to search for the scale. Make sure your scale is also turned on (you can simply step on the scale).

Step 5. Usually the Bluetooth icon on the LED will flash, indicating a pairing attempt. It will then turn solid, indicating a successful connection, and your app should also show a "Connected" status.
