1. Please confirm that your weight measurement is correct.

2. Step barefoot on the center of the Smart Scale and stand still until the measurement finishes.

3. Your feet may be too dry, please wipe your feet with a damp cloth.

4. Clean the surface with a damp towel and try again.

Note: eufy Smart Scale is calibrated to accurately measure the body composition of users between 16-80 years old.
