Normally, volume adjustment on your Mac/Macbook will be synced with AnkerWork B600, if you encounter this issue, please try these steps:
1. Make sure your AnkerWork B600 has been selected as the audio device on the third-party meeting software (such as Zoom)
2. Make sure your AnkerWork B600 has been selected as the audio device the connected Mac/Macbook (refer to this article)
