Anker PowerConf series speakerphones (PowerConf, PowerConf+, PowerConf S3 and PowerConf S500) support Multipoint: It can pair with two devices at a time via Bluetooth. If it fails to connect successfully, we recommend the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Always keep the speakerphone at the latest firmware.
2. Make sure you've followed the correct steps to complete the setup:
-Connect one device to PowerConf via Bluetooth.
-Press the Bluetooth button on the speakerphone to re-enter Bluetooth pairing mode to connect another Bluetooth device.
3. Reset the PowerConf then try the repairing process again.
4. Delete the Bluetooth connection record on the connected devices then try to connect again.
