If the power station is fully charged but only charges your laptop twice or less, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Confirm if you have turned off all the ports (make sure no LED lights are on) when not using the power station. When the control buttons are turned on, even if no devices are being charged, there will still be a certain amount of no-load power consumption. We recommend turning off the button when you are not using the power station.
- Calculate the number of times a fully charged power station can power your laptop. We will then confirm if there are any problems with the charging times. The calculation formula: Charging Times=Battery capacity (Wh) of power station*Conversation rate/Battery capacity (Wh) of laptop
