Where can I find the serial number (SN) and device information for my MACH V1 series?

Please refer to the following methods to find the serial number for your MACH V1 series:

1. The serial number can be found via the eufy Clean app (For confirming product problems better, please copy device information to customer service).

1. Remove the floor cleaner tank and the serial number is printed on a sticker on the handle

1. Find the serial number via the Device Info menu on the vacuum cleaner.
