Soho Air Fryer - Cooking guide

Here are a few foods that you could try to cook with your new air fryer


Root Vegetables:

190° for 15-20 minutes - Toss with oil and shake 3 different times during cooking


Asparagus:

190° for 7-9 minutes - Spray with oil and shake 2 different times during cooking


Green beans and Sugar Snap Peas:

190° for 7-9 minutes - Spray with oil and shake 1 time during cooking 


Broccoli:

190° for 5-7 minutes - Spray with oil and shake 3 different time during cooking


Brussels sprouts, halved:

190° for 8-10 minutes - Spray with oil and shake 2 different time during cooking


Butternut squash, seeded:

190° for 15 minutes - Spray with oil and shake 3 different time during cooking


Fennel, fresh, chopped:

190° for 7-9 minutes - Spray with oil and shake 2 different time during cooking


Fried sweet potato fries:

200° for 13-15 minutes - Spray with oil and shake 3 different time during cooking


French fries, 2-3 russet potatoes:

200° for 12 minutes - Spray with oil and shake 3 different time during cooking


Meat, roast, chops:

180° for 25 minutes - Rub or spray with oil, add seasoning, turn over & test for doneness


Chicken wings:

180° for 20 minutes - Spray with oil, shake 2 times and test for doneness.


Check tenders/fingers:

180° for 18-20 minutes - Spray with oil and shake 1 time during cooking


Chicken pieces with bone:

180° for 20-30 minutes - Spray with oil, turn over and test for doneness.


Fish fillet, fresh, thawed and battered:

200° for 10 minutes - Spray with oil, turn over and test for doneness.


Shrimp, thawed and battered:

160° for 8 minutes - Spray with oil, turn over and shake.
