Ryze Gene and Trek - How do the virtual medals work?

For the Ryze Trek and Gene models, the app contains a feature called the virtual medal awards. These awards are available to see at the top of the "Me" tab and show improvements in your fitness journey.
Some awards available to achieve include:
- 7 consecutive days of activity
- 10000 steps in a day
- 5km run
