How do I use Nebula Connect? 

Nebula Connect allows you to easily control your projector. Here's how to use it:

1. Download Nebula Connect from the Google Play Store or the App Store on your phone.

2. Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is on, turn on your Nebula projector, and then open Nebula Connect.

3. Select the Nebula projector you want to connect to your phone.

4. With Nebula Connect, slide to move, tap to confirm, and scroll with two fingers.

I can't connect to Nebula Connect, what should I do? 

Try the following steps to see if they help:

1. Uninstall Nebula Connect.

2. Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and remove your pairing with your projector.

3. Restart your phone.

4. Reinstall Nebula Connect and try connecting again.

Can I sideload Android apps to Mars 3 Air? 

You can download more than 7,000 native apps from Google Play directly to Mars 3 Air. For apps not available on Google Play, download the APK file to a USB drive to install on Mars 3 Air. Make sure the File Explorer app is installed on Mars 3 Air so your USB drive is recognized.

What should I do if the app crashes? 

1. Try another Wi-Fi network.

2. Check if your time zone is accurate. Go to Settings > System > Date and Time.

3. Clear cache by going to Settings > Apps > See All Apps > ""App Name"" > Clear Cache.

4. Reset Mars 3 Air by going to Settings > System > Reset > Factory Reset

What should I do if Netflix can't play video after I log in? 

If Netflix shows the message "Your TV isn't part of your Netflix Household", please follow the prompts and steps on the screen to upgrade your account to a household account. After that, you will be able to watch videos normally.

How do I install Netflix? 

Netflix comes pre-installed.

How do I stop the battery from draining quickly? 

Set the brightness to Auto Mode or Eco Mode. To do this, go to Settings > Display & Sound > Picture > Brightness.

My projector won't power on or charge. What should I do? 

1. Check whether the charging indicator light is on. If the light is off, try using another power adapter.

2. If the light is on, keep the power adapter plugged in for more than an hour, and then power on the projector.

3. Reset the unit by inserting a pin into the reset hole on the back of the projector. Plug in the projector before performing this action.

How do I activate Mars 3 Air's autofocus? 

1. Slightly move the projector or press the autofocus button to trigger autofocus.

2. To manually adjust, go to Settings > Projector > Focus Settings > Manual Focus Correction and then press the left and right buttons to adjust focus.

How do I adjust the brightness of Mats 3 Air? 

Settings > Display & Sound > Picture > Brightness

How do I use manual keystone correction? 

Go to Settings > Projector > Image Correction > Perform Manual Keystone Correction.

How do I turn off alerts? 

Go to Settings > Projector > Advanced Settings > Smart Solutions > Disable Projection Angle Alert/Fine Tuning Alert/Nebula Smart Popup.

How do I calibrate my Mars 3 Air projector? 

In most cases, calibration data is already built-in during the initial setup. However, it is possible for this data to become corrupted due to crashes or drops during shipping. If you are unsatisfied with the auto keystone correction performance, feel free to recalibrate your projector. Here's how to do it:

Go to Settings > Projector > Advanced Settings > Keystone Calibration > Restore.

If the issue is still not solved after restoring calibration, then please follow these instructions step by step:

Step 1: Make sure you place the projector on a flat surface during the calibration process. A slight angle might corrupt the calibration data.

Step 2: Align the picture to a rectangle.

Step 3: Move or rotate your projector to correct the picture.

Step 4: Check whether the picture is still a rectangle.

Step 5: Repeat Step 3 and Step 4

Step 6: Calibration complete."

How do I mirror or stream video from iOS devices to Mars 3 Air? "iOS devices support AirPlay and while the Nebula projector does not have AirPlay preloaded, you can still manually enable it. Please note that copyrighted content from streaming services like Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, MAX, ITVX, Amazon Prime video, and DRM video cannot be screen-mirrored and cast via AirPlay. 

Casting video via Chromecast:

For some Chromecast-enabled apps like Disney+, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video, you can try to cast the video from the app on your iPhone via Chromecast.

1. Launch the Chromecast-enabled app on the mobile device.

2. On the app screen, tap the Chromecast built-in icon. 

3. Select the device model (the projector name).

4. Tap Play to start playback. The content will begin to play on the selected projector.

Screen Mirroring Your iPhone or iPad to the Projector

1. Install the Nebula Cast app from Google Play Store to enable AirPlay on your projector

2. Connect your iPhone or iPad and the projector to the same Network. The network can be Wi-Fi or your phone's hotspot.

3. Enable Screen Mirroring on your iPhone or iPad in the control center.

4. Choose your Nebula projector from the Screen Mirroring list.
