Thank you for your recent RoboVac purchase and welcome to the eufy family! To get you started on the right foot, we have put together some information and resources about your RoboVac device.

First things first, every RoboVac is backed by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Robovac G Series uses Smart Dynamic Navigation to determine a cleaning route by following a z-shape path. After RoboVac completes the path, it starts cleaning along the wall until the entire area is completed. Essentially, Robovac G Series is more efficient in its cleaning path compared to random-path robotic vacuums.
