If the mop on your Omni C20 emits an unpleasant odor, please try the following troubleshooting steps to solve the issue:

  1. Adjust the Mop-Drying Time

Select a longer mop-drying duration to ensure the mop can be completely dried. The mop-drying duration can be adjusted in the eufy Clean app by going to Settings > Base Station Settings > Drying Time.

  1. Use eufy Cleaning Solution

Add eufy cleaning solution to the clean water tank. Make sure to mix the cleaning solution with water at a ratio of 1:200. Please visit the following links to purchase the eufy cleaning solution:

  1. Manage Mop-Drying Noise

Since the mop-drying process can generate some noise, it is recommended to schedule this process when you are not at home.
