If you are experiencing issues with your RoboVac's swivel wheel falling off constantly, please try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

1. Clean the swivel wheel assembly thoroughly.

2. Check whether the swivel wheel assembly and its socket are deformed or damaged, and inspect whether the white padding underneath the swivel wheel is still intact. If you are unsure, feel free to send us a picture of your swivel wheel assembly and its socket for further assistance.

3. Re-assemble the swivel wheel assembly, and insert it into the socket tightly until you hear a clicking sound that indicates it is properly and securely installed.
