What should I do if my 3-in-1 E20 robot vacuum makes loud noises while collecting dust?

When the E20 robot vacuum automatically empties its dustbin at the base station, it requires a powerful suction to transfer the debris from the robot into the dust bag located in the base station, which in turn leads to increased noise levels. If you would like to mitigate the noise that the robot makes during its self-emptying process, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Set the robot to Standard Dust Collection mode to reduce the collection time and noise.

  2. Disable the Automatic Dust Collection feature. When you need to collect dust, tap the "Dust Collection" icon on the robot's home screen in the app or press and hold the "Recharge" button on the robot for three seconds to initiate the dust collection process.

  3. Initiate the dust collection operation when you are away from home. If you prefer to start the process while you are home, consider starting it during hours when you are not resting to minimize the noise.

  4. Verify whether the dust bag in the base station is at the maximum capacity or if an excessive amount of dust has been collected, obstructing the base station fan and producing abnormal sounds.

  5. Ensure the high-efficiency filter and sponge are free from blockages. If these components are obstructed, the robot's fan could stop working efficiently.

Note: When the above settings are selected, an excessive amount of debris on your home’s floor could fill the dustbin to its maximum capacity, blocking the dust collection inlet and preventing the thorough collection of debris into the dust bag located in the base station.
