What Should I Do if My XF/XFi Cannot Be Powered On?

If your carpet & upholstery cleaner cannot be powered on, please try the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue.
1) Press and hold the power button and observe whether the indicator light displays a low battery indicator. If the white LED light flashes once every second for 10 times before the machine shuts down, it indicates the machine needs to be charged.
2) Check the status of the indicator light when powering on the machine. If the ring on the LED screen lights up in red, it indicates the machine has malfunctioned.
