App bluetooth can't search for devices?

a. Bluetooth is not turned on or out of range. 

b. Make sure you press and hold the button for 2 seconds and the unit flashes white 3 times.

c. Light has been added and cannot be added again.It is recommended that users check whether Permanent Outdoor Light E22 exists in the Home Page > Security > Add Device > Search Device. If it exists, delete the device first and then try to add it again.
