1. Under the Children’s Privacy Protection Act of the United States, any personal data (such as email addresses, IP addresses, geographic location information, and other identifying information) of children under the age of 13 are not allowed to be collected by operators of apps and websites without parental consent.

2. Children grow extremely fast, and children of different ages in different regions are too diverse, so, there is no good or accurate algorithm to calculate their body composition. The scale is calibrated to most accurately measure the body composition of users between 16-80 years old.
