How do I enable mobile data permission for the eufy app on my smartphone?

In order to remotely access your eufy Security devices, please make sure you have granted permissions for the eufy app to access mobile data on your smartphone.
For iOS
Launch the Settings app > scroll down to find the eufy app > make sure the Cellular Data option is enabled.
For Android
Please note different Android phones may have different user interfaces and paths. The example shown in the screenshot below is from a Google Pixel 6.
Launch the Settings app > select Apps > select the eufy app > make sure the Unrestricted data usage option is enabled.
