Using the Same eufy app Account on Multiple Devices Simultaneously

To help you know if the same eufy app account can be used on multiple devices simultaneously.

 

In the past, the same eufy app account could only be logged in on one iPhone or one Android at the same time. That is to say, logging in on one iPhone will log out the same account on another iPhone. However, we have updated this setting.

 

If you have created one account, you can use it on the following devices simultaneously. 

  • Two Phones (iOS+Android / iOS+iOS / Android+Android)
  • One Tablet (Android/iOS)
  • One Web Portal (Windows)

For example, you have created a eufy app account jack@gmail.comyou can log in to two different Android/iPhone devices, one iPad, one web portal with the same eufy app account (jack@gmail.com) at the same time.
