My kick scooter does not ride after pressing the thumb throttle down. What should I do?

If you are using the kick scooter for the first time, please make sure you have assembled and paired your NIU kick scooter to the NIU App correctly.

If you have completed the assembly and pairing process and are still not able to ride the scooter, please contact our after-sales service team for further instructions.
