What Should I Do If There is a Connection Issue with My AnkerWork B600?

If there is a connection issue with your AnkerWork B600, please try these steps:

 

1. Make sure the firmware is up to date.

2. Make sure the two USB connections are correctly connected. The video bar should be connected to the power adapter via the power port and connected to the computer via the USB port.

3. Avoid using a third-party hub or dock in case there is a compatibility issue.

4. Make sure the connected computer has enabled access permissions to the video bar.
