What should I do if my headset cannot be found on the mobile AnkerWork app?

1. Make sure the AnkerWork software is up to date.

2. Forget the headset on your device and turn off the Bluetooth on your phone.

3. Reset the headset.

4. Enable Bluetooth on your phone. You should find the device name on the Bluetooth list.

5. Select the headset and start pairing.

 

Once you have completed the steps above, open the AnkerWork app to check if the headset can be detected and connected.
