If you experience any of the following issues and you've checked your settings, we recommend you give your device a restart. You can do this via the App as shown below. Select Restart the device.
Restarting your device turns it off and on without deleting any activity data. However, if you are finding the same problem again, the next step is to update the Firmware on your Pixbee Fit. Instructions to do that can be found here in our user manual.
