What should I do if the MACH V1 series' suction power has become weak?

If your MACH V1 series' suction power has become weak, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved:

 

  1. Please remove the roller brush cover to check whether the roller brush cover and the suction inlet are blocked by any debris or hair. If necessary, use the included cleaning tool to clean it (the cleaning tool's brush head removes dust and debris, and the hook head part removes hair).

  1. Remove the dirty water tank to check the suction tube in the dirty water tank and verify if the suction tube is blocked by any debris. If necessary, please use the included cleaning tool to clear the suction tube.

  1. Check whether the filter is wet. If the filter is wet, it will not work as effectively. Please make sure the filter is completely dry before using the vacuum cleaner.
