What should I do if the MACH V1 series roller brush does not rotate?

If the roller brush does not rotate, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved:

  • Remove the roller brush cover and check whether the roller brush is correctly assembled. If not, please pinch the mounting bracket on the left side of the roller brush to remove the roller brush, then reassemble the roller brush by inserting the right end of the roller brush into the right side of the vacuum cleaner and press the mounting bracket on the left side of the roller brush into the groove on the left side of the vacuum cleaner.

  • Check whether there is any debris or hair blocking the roller brush and the motor. If necessary, please use the included cleaning tool to clean it (the cleaning tool's brush head removes dust and debris, and the hook head part removes hair), and then reassemble the roller brush.

  • Install the roller brush cover and power on the vacuum cleaner to verify if the roller brush can rotate without issues.
