If your MACH V1 vacuum cleaner's dirty water tank is leaking, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved:

  1. Check whether there are water stains on the dirty water tank. If necessary, please use a clean cloth to wipe the surface dry.

  1. Verify the filter is installed properly on the dirty water tank, and please make sure the filter is completely dry.
  1. Reinstall the dirty water tank and power on the vacuum cleaner to check whether the dirty water tank is still leaking water.
