To begin with understanding texts and phone calls, you first have to know how to find them. To find messages:

1. Swipe from right to left on the home screen 2 times which should take you to the "chat" page.
2. From here, find all current chats or new chats in one page

Calls that are received by the watch will pop up and any missed calls or recent calls can be accessed on the smart phone linked to the watch.
