What should I do if my X9 Pro/X10 Pro/Omni C20's mopping pads do not spin?

Modified on: Mon, 17 Nov, 2025 at 3:28 PM

If the speeds of the two mopping pads are not synchronized, or if one of the mopping pads does not spin:

  1. Remove the mopping pad that is spinning slower or not spinning at all.
  2. Inspect the black pentagonal spindle to ensure it is stable and cannot be easily removed by hand. Additionally, remove any foreign objects that are wrapped around the mop bracket. Please note that the mop motor may be defective if the issue persists after removing the foreign objects around the mop bracket.

If both mopping pads are not lifted to the same height:

  1. Remove both mopping cloths.
  2. Press the black pentagonal spindle on each side to ensure both spindles can rebound normally.
