What should I do if my S1 Pro emits error code EB1J?

Root Cause of the Issue
The S1 Pro will trigger error code EB1J during the base station operation if the tray underneath the base station used for washing the mop is overflowing with dirty water and cannot be emptied.
Troubleshooting Steps
Step 1: Enable the "Log Upload" feature
Please enable the "Log Upload" feature on the base station to facilitate subsequent analysis and diagnosis of the issue. You can refer to the following article for detailed information:

Step 2: Remove the base station's dirty water tank
- Carefully remove the dirty water tank from the base station.
- Open the lid of the dirty water tank and then close the lid. Please ensure the lid is completely closed.
Step 3: Inspect the sealing ring of the dirty water tank
- Inspect whether the sealing ring of the dirty water tank is fully intact and in the correct position.
- Firmly press down on the sealing ring of the dirty water tank to ensure the sealing ring is fully adhered. Please refer to the two highlighted areas in the following image.
