What should I do if my HomeVac H20/H15 cannot be charged?

This issue may happen as a result of not using the original car charger and USB-C charging cable, charging accessories being defective, or the vacuum's charging port is physically damaged. In order to identify the root cause of the issue, please verify the following details:
- Confirm if you are using the original car charger and USB-C charging cable that came with the vacuum.
- If you are using the original car charger and USB-C charging cable, confirm if they can be used to charge other devices such as phones, tablets, etc.
- Confirm if the vacuum's charging port is physically damaged.
