What Should I Do if My HomeVac S11 Cannot Be Charged?

Modified on: Tue, 11 Nov, 2025 at 3:37 PM

If the LED indicator lights do not light up or the lights flash several times before turning off when the HomeVac S11 is charging, the issue may be due to the AC adapter, vacuum's battery, or the wall outlet.

We can determine the exact issue by looking at the LED indicator lights on the vacuum while the HomeVac S11 is charging:

If the LED indicator lights do not light up when the HomeVac S11 is charging, please confirm the following details:

  1. Confirm if the HomeVac S11's included original AC adapter (30V, 800mA) is being used to charge the vacuum.
  1. Use a different wall outlet to charge the vacuum to eliminate the possibility of a defective wall outlet.
  2. If the HomeVac S11's included original AC adapter is being used to charge the vacuum, please make sure the vacuum has not previously sucked in liquids which may lead to the charging connector malfunctioning.

If the vacuum can be charged normally and all three LED indicator lights show solid blue after 3.5 hours but cannot be turned on, you can refer to the FAQ on What to do if my HomeVac S11 Infinity/Go/Reach cannot be turned on?

If the issue persists, please contact us with the following information:

  • Pictures show the charging pins and the specifications of the AC adapter that was used.
  • A video shows all three LED indicator lights while the vacuum is charging, and the indicator status when the On/Off button is pressed after the vacuum is unplugged from the AC adapter.
