The HomeVac S11 series vacuums are equipped with power 120 AW brushless motors that provide powerful and lasting suction. It is designed to vacuum common dust and debris in our daily lives on both hard floors and low pile carpets. However, due to the compact design of wireless stick vacuum, it is not suitable to vacuum debris that is too large or heavy.

Here are some tips to get the best performance from your HomeVac S11:

• Using the suitable rolling brush

HomeVac S11 series vacuums have two types of rolling brush: Soft rolling brush and Carbon fiber rolling brush. (Only the Infinity version comes with both brushes). The soft rolling brush works better on hard floors and the carbon fiber rolling brush works better on carpets. Confirm if you were using the right brush. 

• Using the suitable cleaning tools

When vacuuming hard-to-reach areas, cars etc, confirm if you were using the right cleaning tools: When should HomeVac S11 accessories be used?

• Maintaining the vacuum

When cleaning the vacuum, it is recommended to remove and clean the floor brush assembly, rolling brush, dust bin, and the filters (pre-filter and high-performance filter) for thorough cleaning of the vacuum. Note: For the best suction performance, It is also recommended to empty the dust collector after each use, remove and clean the pre-filter and the high-performance filter each week, and replace filters every 6 months or after every 50 rounds of cleaning.
