What can I do if my RoboVac dispenses too much water while mopping the floor? (For RoboVac G10/G20/G30 Hybrid Series)

If you noticed the RoboVac is dispensing too much water while mopping the floor, please try the following troubleshooting steps.

  1. Remove the water tank from the RoboVac and inspect it closely to make sure it is not damaged.
  2. Check to make sure there are no ruptures between the water tank and the RoboVac that could cause water to leak.
  3. Verify filters are installed correctly.
  4. Properly install the water tank and the dust collector.
  5. Verify the mopping module is installed correctly.
