What to do if my RoboVac crosses the boundary strips?

Firstly, please confirm your RoboVac works with the boundary strips. Which RoboVacs work with boundary strips

If you confirm that your RoboVac works with the boundary strips, please check the below points:
1. Make sure the Robovac is not controlled by remote control manually at that time.
2. Turn off the main power switch on the side ("O" position) of the Robovac for 5 mins and then turn it on.
3. Use a dry cloth to clean the two hall sensors (below is the picture showing the location of the two hall sensors).

Please make sure you have used the supplied tape to lay the strips flatly on the floor, you may refer to the below link showing the instructions for using the boundary strips.

How to use the Boundary Strips to block off RoboVac?

If you have spare strips, please test the machine with the spare strips and see if it's because the used strips met demagnetization.
