Q: What is the Voice Package?
A: The voice package is used to remind customers when RoboVac executes their orders, and to remind you when RoboVac makes mistakes. And this kind of feature is only available for our G series and Laser Mapping RoboVac models.

Q: What kinds of Voice Packages do we have?

A: Currently, we have the following language packages to choose from:

Note: Different categories of RoboVacs may have different design concepts, functional features, and user groups. Therefore, the voice packages they use will also be different. Please refer to the voice package type displayed in the actual APP.

Q: How to download the suitable Voice package?

A: Please follow the instructions below:

1. Open your eufy app

2. Go to the setting page

3. You will see the Voice Setting feature.

4. Please select a Voice Package and download it.

5. You also can adjust the Volume of the Voice package.

6. We will release more kinds of Voice Packages in the future.
