When the WiFi network signal is either unstable or weak, it generally leads to cameras that are connected on the same WiFi network to respond slowly when the user is attempting to use features on the camera. In order for your eufy Pet Camera to function smoothly without experiencing any delay, such as for the camera to play treat-tossing sound when it launches a treat, please make sure your WiFI network signal is strong and stable, and the upload speed is at least 2Mbps.
