4G LTE Cam S330 - Why Wasn't My Camera Added?

1. Make sure you are holding SYNC for at least 2 seconds until you hear a beep. If you don’t hear a beep and the LED is off, please charge the battery.
2. If the battery has power or has been charged, check if your 4G/Wi-Fi network has a good signal.
3. If you are still encountering difficulties, contact our customer service team via the app (Help > Live Chat/Call Us/Feedback) or send us an email.
