If the Smart Lock C30 cannot connect to your smartphone via Bluetooth, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Ensure your Smart Lock C30 has enough battery power and you are next to the lock.
  2. Check your smartphone’s Bluetooth setting and make sure it is enabled.
  3. If you have an Android smartphone, please enable your location service.
  4. If the above steps have been checked and you still cannot connect to your lock, please reboot your lock by pressing the button at the bottom of the Smart Lock C30 and next to the micro-USB port.
