Why am I unable to Unlock the T85L0 smartLock?

Firstly, you can try using a key to unlock the door. If the issue persists,it is likely related to the installation rather than the electronic. If The key cannot unlock the lock, it may be due to the following reasons:


1. Spindle has fallen off

If the spindle is not correctly installed, probably causing the spindle to fall off subsequently, which makes the lock unresponsive.

2. Incorrect latch adjustment

Explanation: If the latch adjustment is not properly installed and gets stuck, the latch cannot retract, thus preventing the lock from opening.
