What should I do if the Device is offline?

Most likely this is the result of your device losing connection to the Bluetooth/internet.

1. Please confirm the device is within Wi-Fi/Bluetooth range.

2. Please verify Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connection is working.

3. Please try to turn off the power and then turn it back on.
