Why is my Smart Lock C33 offline?

  • Make sure your lock has enough battery power. Try unlocking your lock via your passcode.
  • Make sure your home Wi-Fi network is working.
  • Reboot the Smart Lock C33 by pressing the button at the bottom of the Smart Lock C33 and next to the micro USB port.
  • Connect to the Smart Lock C33 via Bluetooth and update the network setting in the lock settings.
