If your C210 Smart Lock has stopped working all of a sudden, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
- Make sure your C210 Smart Lock has enough power and is working properly by unlocking the door using either your fingerprint or passcode.
- Try rebooting your C210 Smart Lock by pressing and holding the button that is located next to the micro USB port on the bottom of the lock.
- Try using the provided keys to unlock and lock the door to verify it is not a mechanical issue.
