Why can't it find my Wi-Fi?

If you can't find your Wi-Fi network in the Wi-Fi listing. This article will help you find the steps and you'll need to fix the problem.

  • Make sure your router works properly and its network name is not hidden. If hidden, click "Others" and enter the Wi-Fi information manually.
  • Make sure the device is not too far too out of your router's coverage.
  • Make sure if your Wi-Fi was encrypted via WEP encryption. If so, change the encryption in your router. The device doesn't support WEP encryption.
  • Rescan the network.
  • Hold the "Set" button for 5s to reset the device and redo the setup process.
