SoloCam C210 - Why isn't the camera live-streaming?

Please check the following:
- Pull down the app home page to refresh the device’s status.
- Make sure your camera is online and the battery has power.
- If you moved the camera which is not working recently, check its signal strength; make sure the signal strength is strong in the new location. If it has no signal or weak signal, please try to move the camera closer to the router, or use a mesh network or Wi-Fi range extender.
- Press and release the SYNC button. If the LED does not light up, it means the camera has been switched off manually or the battery is low. If this is the case, charge the battery.
- Try to remove the camera from the app and then add it again.
