Night Vision Does Not Work on My Video Smart Lock

When night vision is not working properly or when the live view remains dark at night, please try the following troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue can be resolved.
1. Make sure you have turned on the Night Vision feature in the eufy Security app.(Device Tab > “...” Icon > Gear Icon > Settings > Night Vision)
2. Check if there are red IR lights in front of the camera lens when the camera is in night vision mode.
If there are no red IR lights in front of the camera lens, the IR lights are most likely defective. Please contact us for warranty replacement.
3. Check if the Video Smart Lock is able to work without issues during the daytime.
If the Video Smart Lock works during the daytime but the image is dark at night, please try shaking the Video Smart Lock several times to resolve the IR-cut sensor issue.
