If your Robot Lawn Mower emits an audible error: "Driving motor overheated" and stops working, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Verify that the drive wheel is not blocked. If there are any foreign objects tangled around it, remove them and try again.

  2. If the Robot Lawn Mower is stuck in a drop spot, carefully remove it and then use the app's "No-go Zone" feature to block off the corresponding drop spot.

  3. Ensure that the caster wheel rotates smoothly. If the movement is rigid, apply the lubricating grease from the accessory kit to the bearings, following the instructions in the manual.

  4. If the wheels are not turning smoothly, apply appropriate lubricating grease.

  5. If the grass is too dense or tall, begin by manually trimming the height of the grass to below 9cm. This will help prevent overheating of the drive wheel motor.
