If your X8 Pro Series triggers "Error: Front bumper stuck, please tap the bumper" or runs into a wall that is not in black color, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1) Flip the robot upside down to inspect the gap between the bumper and the robot's main body. If the gap is too narrow, it could cause the bumper to get stuck, even in open spaces.

2) If the gap between the bumper and the main body of the robot is even, tap the bumper to test if it can bounce back normally.

3) If the gap is even and the bumper bounces back without getting stuck, then it's most likely not a hardware issue, such as a deformed bumper.

4) If the gap is uneven or the bumper cannot bounce back, please inspect and remove any foreign objects that may be stuck between the bumper and the robot's main body. If there are no foreign objects, you may need to disassemble and reassemble the bumper. After reassembling the bumper, simply repeat Steps 1 and 2 to ensure the issue has been resolved.

Note: When disassembling and reassembling the bumper, make sure to be careful not to over-tighten the screws, as it could deform the plastic components and cause further issues.

Please refer to the following videos for detailed visual instructions on how to disassemble and reassemble the bumper:
